PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric ceramic transformer which is capable of operating in a high-frequency band and outputting large power. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric ceramic transformer is equipped with a rectangular piezoelectric ceramic board 10 which is polarized in a thick-wise direction. Provided that the direction of the one side of the piezoelectric ceramic board 10 is in an X direction, and a direction vertical to the X direction on the plane surface of the porcelain board 10 is in a Y direction, input electrode pairs 11 to 14 are each provided on the front and rear of the board 10 so as to confront each other, and output electrode pairs 21 to 24 are provided confronting each other the same as above. The input electrode pairs 11 to 14 and the output electrode pairs 21 to 24 are disposed in one or more rows in the directions of X and Y and so specified in dimensions that resonance vibrations generated by an AC voltage applied to the input electrode pairs 11 to 14 are of a m-order mode (m is a natural number) in the direction of X and an n-order mode (n is a natural number) in the direction of Y.
