PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an integrated thin-film solar cell with high characteristics that can decrease a dead area that does not contribute to generation and can improve curve factors. SOLUTION: An integrated thin-film solar cell is provided with an insulation substrate 11, a lower electrode film 12 that is formed on the insulation substrate 11, and a semiconductor film 13 and an upper electrode film 14. The lower electrode film 12, the semiconductor film 13, and the upper electrode film 14 are divided into stripes, thus forming a plurality of unit cells 15. The groove of the lower electrode film 12 and that of the semiconductor groove 13 overlap each other partially in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the unit cells 15. |
