PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit breaker for wiring which is easy to do incorporating work of an instantaneous tripping device of electromagnetic coil type. SOLUTION: This device has a trigger lever 12 operated to break a circuit by a bimetal 16 and an electromagnetic instantaneous tripping device 17, when an abnormal current flows in the circuit. In the device, the bimetal 16, the trigger lever 12, and the device 17 are arranged in this order from a power supply side. A tipping part 14 formed at the upper front surface of a blade part 12a provided at an upper side of the lever 12 is made to face the upper rear surface of the bimetal 16. The device 17 is laterally placed, and a locking narrow diameter part 21a formed at a tip of a plunger 21 of the device 17 is fitted in an engaging notched part 15 formed upward from a lower end of the blade part 12a of the lever 12.
