PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger in which heat transfer performance is enhanced by suppressing generation of dead water zone in the flow downstream of the heating tube in a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A slit fin 61 is located in front of a heating tube 4 with respect to the air flow and a slit fin 64 is located in the rear of the heating tube 4. Slit fins 62, 53 are formed between the heating tubes 4. The slit fin 64 in the rear of the heating tube 4 is formed longer than the slit fin 61 in front of a heating tube 4 by a length 1 to the heating tube 4 side. The slit fin 64 can not only be elongated to the heating tube 4 side but the elongated part can be formed higher than other part. Since generation of dead water zone due to air being throttled to the rear of the heating tube 4 is suppressed in the flow downstream of the heating tube, heat transfer performance is enhanced.
