PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a docking station that provides a specific network address to each terminal. SOLUTION: The docking station is a station that connects at least a terminal to a network, and is provided with at least one terminal, a packet transmission reception section that sends/receives a packet to/from the terminal, a network transmission reception section that sends/receives a packet to/from the network, a network address storage section that stores a network address corresponding to at least one terminal, a decision section that decides whether a packet received from one request terminal in at least one terminal is an address request packet requesting the network address, and a control section that reads the network address corresponding to the request terminal from the network address storage section and transmits the read network address to the request terminal via the packet transmission reception section when it is decided that the packet is the address request packet.
