PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in adhesion to various base materials such as concrete and good in toughness, heat resistance, solvent resistance, abrasion resistance, quick curability, and operational handleability by including a specific (meth)acrylic polymer and a polymerizable monomer. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) a (meth)acrylic polymer having at least two polymerizable double bonds in the molecule and (B) a polymerizable monomer, wherein the component A and/or the component B contain a crosslinkable (meth)acrylic syrup in such an amount as to contain 1×10-4 to 30×10-4 mol of carboxyl group per g of the mixture of the components A and B. It is preferable that the molecular weight of the component A is 500-20,000 per double bond in the component A and >=50 wt.% of the component constituting the crosslinkable (meth)acrylic syrup has a boiling point of >=140 deg.C.
