PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a kneaded product having the taste and flavor of Japanese horseradish, keeping the hot component of Japanese horseradish and keeping the green color as well as the flavor over a long period. SOLUTION: The objective kneaded product having the taste and flavor of Japanese horseradish can be produced by adding a mixture of Japanese horseradish powder and a sugar alcohol to a kneaded product raw material having a water-content adjusted to 45-65%. |
