PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a surface accuracy and a recording density in addition to a strength and rigidity and to avoid a contaminant by enclosing an inner layer made of a second molding material having higher strength and rigidity than those of a first molding material by an outer layer made of the first material. SOLUTION: A movable side mirror plate 23 is forwarded, a mold is closed and clamped. Then, a first molding material is injected and filled from a first injection nozzle 62 in a cavity space C between the plate 23 and a fixed side mirror plate 14. Then, a second injection material of a resin such as a glass- reinforced polycarbonate or the like in which its strength and rigidity are enhanced by applying a filling material such as glass beads or the like is injected from a second injection nozzle 64 in the space C. After a predetermined time is elapsed when filling the second material, the first material is again injected from the nozzle 62 in the space C, both the material is punched by a cut puncher 24 before both the materials are completely solidified, a movable mold 12 is retracted, and mold is opened. Thus, a strength, rigidity and transferability of a product are improved, a surface accuracy and a recording density are enhanced, and a contaminant in the case of molding can be prevented. |
