PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce distortion, to facilitate moving and to make it difficult to generate distortion at the time of being lifted and moved. SOLUTION: This sewing machine frame 1 of a multi-head sewing machine is provided with a pair of struts 2 standing on a floor surface 23 with a right- left interval between them, a lower frame 4 which is fixed in a state of being bridged between both of the struts 2 to mount beds 9 incorporating shuttles, a middle strut 5 of a fixed type fixed to the frame 4 for supporting its middle part in the longitudinal direction of the frame 4 with respect to the floor surface 23, and attachable/detachable middle struts 10 attachably and detachably fitted to the frame 4 for supporting its other middle part of the longitudinal direction of the frame 4 with respect to the floor surface 23.
