PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam jetting direction adjusting mechanism by reducing the number of constituting components and facilitating the adjustment of steam jetting direction by using the same support of rotation as that of inclination to all directions of a steam nozzle. SOLUTION: This mechanism is provided with a steam nozzle 1 which has a steam ejection port 11 near the tip of one side and whose steam receiving side is a spherical shape on the other side, a spherical shape part-receiving part 41 for enveloping a spherical shape part 12 of the nozzle 1, a jacket 4 having a cylinder part through which the steam passes, and a ring-shape elastic body 2 which is arranged in a circular groove in the inside of the part 41 of the jacket 4, and comes into contact with one part of the spherical part 12 of the nozzle 1 to become a support for rotation of the nozzle itself and at the same time adjusting an angle of the nozzle, and preventing the leakage of steam.
