<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely melting wax in a fuel filter even during starting of an internal combustion engine, and even if fuel from a fuel tank is cooled. SOLUTION: In an ECU 6, a heater driving part 7 is started when clogging of a fuel filter is started, and current is applied to a heater 8 to heat the fuel filter by the heater 8. In the fuel filter 3, wax in fuel is melted so as to prevent clogging of the fuel filter 3. Simultaneously, in the ECU 6, a three-way switching valve 4 is switching and controlled, and a second path 12 is connected to a first path 11 part disposed downstream from the fuel filter 3 on the way of the second path 12. Excessive fuel of a fuel injection pump 1 side flows the first path 11 disposed downstream from the fuel filter 3 through the three-way switching valve 4, and is mixed with fuel from the fuel filter 3 at this position.</p> |
