PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating sea grasses without causing the salt injury, deterioration of quality, etc. SOLUTION: This method for treatment comprises carrying out a foreign material removing step 1 for removing foreign materials from collected sea grasses, a water washing step 2 for washing the sea grasses with water, a sterilizing step 3 for carrying out the sterilizing treatment of the sea grasses, a drying step 4 for drying the resultant sea grasses and a powdering step 5 for powdering the dried sea grasses. |
