PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent threadedly engagement fixing of a stopper from loosening and eliminate the weld fixing of the stopper to improve disassembling workability by providing a stopper part having plane cutout parts on the outer circumferential part and an abutting part abutting against the plane cutout part. SOLUTION: The outer circumferential face of a stopper part 31 is formed with plane cutouts 31c, an adjusting bolt is threadedly engaged with the threaded groove provided on the inner circumferential face, and it is further threadedly engaged with an upper cover through the threaded groove provided on the outer circumferential part. A stopper rotation preventing member 33 is provided with a through hole 33a through which the stopper 31 penetrates on the center part, and circular-arc-like slotted holes on the circumference centering around the stopper 31. The through hole 33a is provided with an abutting part 33c. In this way, because the stopper member 31 having the plane cutout parts 31c and the stopper rotation preventing member 33 having the abutting part abutting against the plane cutout parts 31c are provided, the weld fixing of the stopper member 31 can be eliminated, and the disassembling workability can be improved.
