PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the constructability of a movable fitting section. SOLUTION: In the double-hung window or the door with the double-hung window, vertically movable fitting sections 2, 3 are installed into a frame body 1 composed of an upper rail 1a, a lower rail 1b and left-right stiles 1c, 1c, and balancers 13, from which the movable fitting sections 2, 3 are hung down through hanging materials 12, are mounted on the frame body 1. The movable fitting sections 2, 3 can be fitted into the opposed flutes of the left-right stiles 1c, 1c, and supporting members 22 being positioned in the flutes and supporting the hanging materials 12 are set up to the movable fitting sections 2, 3 in a projecting-moving adjustable manner from the places of pulling being no hindrance to the fitting of the movable fitting sections 2, 3 to the flute direction.
