PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller excellent in a traveling sensation when starting, hardly generating cavitation and minutely adjustable in the traveling sensation when starting. SOLUTION: This impeller 1 is provided with a first boss part 2 fixed to the end of a driving shaft and having a plurality of blades 3a and the like fixed or integrally formed, and a second boss part 4 with blades 5 fixed or integrally formed and smaller in the radius of gyration than the blades of the first boss part 2 when the second boss part 4 is fixed to the first boss part 2. The first boss part 2 and second boss part 4 are fixedly connected to each other. The first boss part 2 and second boss part 4 are relatively rotated by a specified angle around an axis and fittingly connectable again.
