PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable removal of foreign matters such as dusts stuck to a recording medium over a long period of time by using an adhesive rubber roller containing titanium oxide at any portion thereof. SOLUTION: An adhesive rubber roller having a specified component at least one of an upper carrying roller and a lower roller is used. Namely, such an adhesive rubber roller as containing a titanium oxide (TiOx) and/or a hydrocarbon compound having/or C-O or Si-O functional group as well as containing no barium (Ba) is used. The rubber roller has a good carrying performance and less deterioration in its adhesivity after it is naturally aged, and is most applicable. Accordingly, the purpose is attained.
