PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely set a shading and modulated light position in a window frame at a desired position and adjust shading width by providing two sash bars capable of independently moving between two glasses, and varying an interval between the two sash bars by a moving means. SOLUTION: A blind is provided in a space sandwiched between two glasses. A blind is provided to overlap a plurality of slats 7 on each stage of a ladder- like string 6 between upper and lower horizontal muntins 4, 5. A screw rod 10 is provided in the cross section space of the vertical member of a sash 2, and the lifting and lowering of the horizontal muntins 4, 5 and the angular adjustment of the slat 7 are performed. The screw rod 10 uses a bolt rod or a rolled ball screw, and a nut 11 is horizontally movably provided. A rod 10A lifts and lowers the lower horizontal munitin 4, a rod 10B lifts and lowers the lower horizontal muntin 5 separately, and a blind position can be freely set and also the angular adjustment of slat 7 is made possible at any position.
