PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable miniaturizing a throttle opening sensor and reducing comparatively a space necessary for fastening suction channel forming body side when a case of the throttle opening sensor is fastened to the suction channel forming body by using a plurality of break head bolts. SOLUTION: A recessed part 35 accommodating a flange 33b of a break head bolt 33 in the state that a screw shaft 33a of the break head bolt 33 inserted in a case 21 of a throttle opening sensor 20 is screwed into a suction channel forming body 5 is formed in the case 21. The recessed part 35 formed in the case of the sensor 20 is made comparatively small for accommodating the flange part 33b, in order to make it difficult for a tool for loosening the break head bolt 33 to engage with the flange 33b. As a result, the case 21, i.e., the throttle opening sensor 20 can be miniaturized as compared with the conventional one using a flush washer.
