PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor switching device which makes no misselection of server computers to be monitored, and has a good switching response even though the number of server computers is large. SOLUTION: The monitor switching device 1 is provided with operation detecting sections 2, which detect the operations of mouses and keyboards, connected to the server computers, and a switching section 3 which switches a server computer to be monitored by the output signals of the sections 2. A server computer 4, a keyboard 5 and a mouse 6 are respectively connected to the section 2 and a monitor 7 is connected to the section 3.
