摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the load rate of respective electric devices to an optimum state while taking into consideration the degree of influence and the effect value when control contents of the electric devices are changed without placing a burden on an operator even if the number of the electric devices is very large. SOLUTION: An air-conditioning monitor and control system 1 inputs new detection signals from a sensor group 2 provided at respective parts in a building each time the detection signals are outputted, decides the air-conditioning states in the building to update the contents of a device information table (8), an influence degree correspondence table (9), an effect value correspondence table (10), etc., and automatically generate optimum set values by taking the influence degree and effect value into consideration according to the update contents, e.g. set values needed to air-condition the inside of the building most efficiently while suppressing low the power consumption of the electric devices installed in the building to control the electric devices of a controlled system device group 6, thereby placing the inside of the building in a specified air- conditioning state.
