MANUFACTURE OF LIQUID CRYSTAL PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacturing and to manufacture a highly precise liquid crystal cell structure by assembling on a supporting body so far as to conduct an assembly process of the liquid crystal cell. SOLUTION: A panel substrate 111 and a counter panel substrate 112 provided with a counter electrode 15 are placed opposite to each other in a state in which both are stuck and held on a supporting body 30 and are heated with pressurizing by a press apparatus or the like. Therefor a sealing material 13 is hardened to form a liquid crystal cell and also an adhesive layer 22 of an adhesive sheet 20 is thermally hardened and the adhesive in the adhesive layer 22 changes in its quality to almost loose the adhesive force. Consequently on releasing the pressure the liquid crystal cell can be released or separated from the supporting body 30 without being subjected to dangerous stress because the adhesive force of the adhesive layer 22 is already nearly close to zero.
