PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate protective film easy to adhere to a polarizer, a manufacturing method of the film, and a polarizing plat using the polarizing plate protective film. SOLUTION: This polarizing plate protective film is formed of thermoplastic saturated norbornen resin, and the wetting index of at least one surface is 40 dyn/cm or more. This manufacturing method comprises the step of corona discharging at least one surface of a thermoplastic saturated nonbronen resin film. This polarizing plate has a polarizing protective film adhered to at least one surface of a polarizer.
