PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts feeder designed not to cause damages of parts due to vibration and impact. SOLUTION: A center-convexed dish shaped parts container 1 is provided on a base so as to rotate in one direction. A transfer path 13 is formed on an upper face of a flange part 12 provided on an upper part of an outer peripheral wall 11 of the parts container 1. A guide trough 5 supported by a fixing part and inclined along an inner face of the outer peripheral wall 11 of the parts container 1 from an outer peripheral part bottom face of the parts container 1 to the transfer path 13 is provided. A part A is sent from the guide through 5 to the transfer path 13 by pressing force of the parts consecutively pushed up by the guide trough 5 due to the rotation of the parts container 1, and moved on the transfer path 13 to a discharge trough 8 via aligning means 6 and 7 by the rotation of the parts container 1 and mutual pressing force of the parts.
