PURPOSE: A system and a method for transmitting documents using wireless internet are provided to present documents in mobile communication terminals, by converting the documents into standards corresponding to sizes of terminal display screens in an image processing server and an electronic document processing server, when the documents are transmitted to mobile communication subscribers. CONSTITUTION: A system for transmitting documents using wireless internet comprises a storage, a document processor(130), a transmitter, and a forwarding processor(150). The storage stores many documents composed of same/different formats. If a document request signal is received from a terminal, the document processor extracts a corresponding document from the storage. The document processor converts the extracted document into a standard corresponding to a size of a display screen of the terminal. The transmitter transmits the converted document to the terminal through a network. If a signal for requesting an original document of the transmitted document is received, the forwarding processor outputs the original document to a communications equipment required by a user. |
