PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fastening a brake disc for a rolling stock which can prevent a fastening part from biting a brake disc made of aluminum- base composite material and secure proper fastening force for a proper fastening bolt. SOLUTION: A collar 9 is passed through the respective fastening holes 7, 8 of a pair of stacked discs 1 and a wheel 2, the collar 9 is formed to have such a length that both ends are projected from both side stacked disc 1 surfaces, a fastening bolt 3 is inserted in the collar 9, the fastening force of the bolt 3 is applied to the collar 9, a disc spring washer 13 clamped by two flat washers 11, 12 is interposed among each disc 1 surface, the head 3a of the bolt 3 and the fastening nut 10, and both side discs 1 are clamped by elastic restoring force of the disc spring washer 13 to stably clamp the disc 1 without biting of a fastening part in the disc 1 surface of the fastening hole 7 edge.
