PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal tape for a booklet which is possible to peel simply, rapidly, and besides, surely without any damage to the booklet. SOLUTION: A seal tape 1 comprises a re-peeling type adhesive layer 3 and a releasant layer on first and second surfaces of a paper-made base, and to form a separate part 5 on a central part along a longer direction. The booklet is sealed by adhering the seal tape so that at an open side end edge part in an opposite side to a file part 7 in a booklet 6, the adhesive layer 3 in both sides parts of the longer side make it to wrap therein from obverse and reverse and the separate part 5 to locate at an intermediate part between a cover 9 and a back cover 8. A side of the longer side can be peeled off along the separate part 5 from the cover 9 or the back cover 8 of the booklet 6, from a side of the shorter side to the other side thereof in a separate state against the other side of the longer side.
