PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a common form and to form a concrete block having a complicated shape by forms each having a simple structure. SOLUTION: A core 5 is assembled within a form 1. The core 5 is made of a magnetic rubber 6, the molding of which is easy and which can be fixed to the form 1 by being attracted magnetically onto the inner surface of the form 1. Further, by changing the shape of the core 5 assembled on the form 1, various concrete blocks 7 can be molded and the concrete block 7 having a complicated shape can be formed.
