PERSONALITY RIGHT PROTECTING SYSTEM IN BROADCASTING SCREEN AND CONTROLLING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A personality right protecting system in a broadcasting screen and a controlling method thereof are provided to increase the processing speed of the personality right protecting system. CONSTITUTION: A personality right protecting system in a broadcasting screen includes a region defining interface(2), a preset region information storage(3), a region tracker(4) and a region effector(5). The region defining interface(2) defines the region for protecting the personality right by using a flash color information around a position set by clicking. The preset region information storage(3) setup information on the region defining interface is stored. The region tracker(4) defines the optimal region for the region for protecting the personality right by using a color ratio and edge information between a candidate region and a set up region of next frame. The region effector(5) processes the region defined as an optimal region for protecting the personality right with a property method, and the processed region is displayed on a display member such as a television screen.
