PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image projecting method expressing a fixed image by shadows made when an object seen normally like sculpture, a wall and an object is projected by light at a prescribed angle. SOLUTION: Between the sun and the ground, a plurality of wall bodies 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 projecting shadows on the ground by irradiation with light from the sun are stood. On each of wall bodys 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, an image constitution edge constituting a part of a fixed image of a part of edges of shadows projected on the ground is formed. When the wall bodies are irradiated with light parallel at a fixed angle from the sun, an image 8 is projected on the ground by image constitution edges of all of the wall bodies 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
