PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and easily dish-up a food material in a decided shape and also to keep the dished-up state without deformation. SOLUTION: In a dishing-up bowl, the inner surface of a reverse conical and cylindrical shape main body part 2 is made to be a reverse conical and cylindrical shape molding 3 which the food material is put in. The bowl is constituted of an operation body 1 coaxially rotating with a driving source 7 and a reverse conical shape core 11 to be inserted to the molding 3 where the food material is put in. In this case, the main body part 2 and the molding 3 are locked in a peripheral direction and also made to be independent bodies so as to be freely attachable/detachable.
