PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously obtain in high productivity a crosslinked polymer with high volume efficiency in its production process by subjecting a mixture of an uncrosslinked polymer and a crosslinking agent to crosslinking reaction. SOLUTION: This crosslinked polymer is obtained by the following practice: a liquid uncrosslinked polymer injected from one injection flow path A and a liquid crosslinking agent injected from the other injection flow path B are continuously mixed together at a joining mixing section M where a continuous crosslinking reaction is performed, and then the crosslinked polymer as the crosslinking reaction product is continuously discharged from a discharge flow path C and recovered; wherein it is preferable that the uncrosslinked polymer is a hydrophilic polymer, water-absorbing polymer or the like, the crosslinking agent comprises a polyamine (pref. lysine), the joining mixing section M comprises a mixing section and a crosslinking reaction section, the mixing section being a section where the liquid uncrosslinked polymer and the liquid crosslinking agent are continuously mixed together, while the crosslinking reaction section being a section where the liquid uncrosslinked polymer is subjected to continuous crosslinking reaction with the liquid crosslinking agent.
