PURPOSE: A system for integrating payment and charge of an RF card, is provided to use the RF card linked to an electronic purse, and to additionally pay on account to the electronic purse of a cyber account when the balance of the electronic purse is under a minimum payment. And the system enables to simultaneously pay and charge for the RF card, and to confirm contents of payments on the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A system for integrating payment and charge of an RF card, comprises an agency(220) managing an electronic purse and payment, a main server, and a terminal/server. The agency(220) managing an electronic purse and payment confirms a credit of a user(200) through a financial agency and manages a chard or a check, when the user(200) submits user information including private information and a payment method to an agency managing the electronic purse, and demands to issue a card or a check which can be used as an electronic purse or electronic money to inquire commodity purchase specifications, ticket booking specifications and payment. The main server has a database storing the commodity purchase specifications and ticket booking specifications. Also, the main server purchases or books a commodity and a ticket and processes dealing information electronically, as the user connects to a company and an enterprise associated with the agency(200) in real or electronic. And the terminal/server is installed in the enterprise, and transmits information recorded in the electronic purse to the agency(200). When the user demands approval to the agency(200) after purchasing a commodity and booking a ticket, by connecting to a home page of the enterprise or visiting really, the agency(200) checks a defect of the agency(200) and supplied the checked result to the enterprise or the user. And then the user purchases a commodity and books a ticket, simultaneously, and information of an additional payment on account is recorded in the RF card if the information exists.
