PURPOSE: A tri-plate structure of a hermetic rotary compressor is provided to maintain a sufficient distance for preventing vibration noise due to contact by a vibration generating when the compressor is operating, thereby improving reliability of the compressor. CONSTITUTION: In a tri-plate structure of a hermetic rotary compressor, a main body is formed in a triangular plate and formed with an assembly hole(142) welded with a lower cap of a sealing container in a central part and a coupling hole at an outside, an upwardly protruded welding shoulder part(144) is formed at a several places along an inner surface of a fixing hole of the tri-plate with a gap and a height to prevent generation of vibration noise due to contact in a clearance between the lower cap of the sealing container and the tri-plate when the compressor is operating.
