PURPOSE: A method for separating interoffice signaling routes is provided to supply integrated service digital network(ISDN) data and additional services by processing calls with an interoffice signaling system corresponding to subscribers for same telephone exchange numbers, when different interoffice signaling systems exist in a full electronic exchange receiving general public switched telephone network(PSTN) subscribers and ISDN subscribers, and to increase call processing efficiency by minimizing signal conversions. CONSTITUTION: A method for separating interoffice signaling routes according to subscribers comprises the steps of: if a subscriber call is generated in a terminal exchange directly connected with the subscribers, translating a telephone exchange number for the call to select an outgoing route; deciding a subscriber kind corresponding to the call; and selecting a route according to an interoffice signaling system corresponding to the subscriber kind, and transmitting the call. If a subscriber is a public switched telephone network(PSTN) subscriber, a 'R2 signal' route is selected, and if the subscriber is an integrated service digital network(ISDN) subscriber, an ISDN user part(ISUP) route is selected.
