<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensive one having small elution of adsorbate or a low molecular weight substance to a content, and employing an environmentally excellent recyclable material by coating a ceramics thin film on the inner face of a plastics bottle containing a recycle material. SOLUTION: The material of a bottle 1 is blend of a polyethyleneterephthalate virgin material of 70% and recycling material of 30%, and a silicon dioxide thin film 2 of a thickness of 30 nm is coated on the inner face of the bottle 1. A ceramics thin film consisting principally of a silicon dioxide can greatly restrain the elution of a low molecular weight component or oil component generated by the heat degradation of resin. The material of the bottle can employ polyethyleneterephthalate resin at first, polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, polystylene resin or the like, and its constitution is available in a blend of a virgin material of these resin and recycle material or a multilayer constitution.</p> |
