PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely connect a driving device to a base to facilitate a processing of the base. SOLUTION: A projection 20 of a penetration 2A integrally formed on a bottom wall 11 of a base 2 and an upper wall 11b of the bottom wall 11 are cut in a required length from the longitudinal direction of the base 2 in an end part of the base 2, an insertion groove 19 and an insertion hole 18 are formed which longitudinally open into the outside of the base 2 in both ends of the base 2, and an end part of the projection 20 serves as a regulation part 20A. Looseness is prevented by carrying a fastening force of a mounting bolt 41 inserted in a driving device 3 disposed on the base 2 by means of a cylinder nut 17 made of steel inserted into the insertion hole 18, and accordingly the driving device 3 is securely connected to the base 2.
