PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject fabric with three or more colors, having bulkiness and firm texture. SOLUTION: This multicolor polyester fabric is such one that the yarns constituting this fabric comprise (A) a group of cationic dye-dyeable polyester filaments with uneven fineness, (B) a group of cationic dye-nondyeable polyester filaments, and (C) high-thermal stress polyester filaments >=0.09 cN/dtex in thermal stress at 160 deg.C; wherein each of the groups A and B has 3-100/m interlaced points, these interlaced points contain >=70% of the thick filament portions, while the non-interlaced points contain >=70% of the thin filament portions; in the blended filament yarns described above, the group A is dyed with a cationic dye, the groups A and B and the high-thermal stress yarns C with a disperse dye, respectively, the yarns C presenting yarn length difference relative to the groups A and B as a result of being shrunk in the form of a fabric.
