PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a non-slip part from shifting during walk by applying an adhesive on the side opposite to the uneven side of a rubber sheet, inserting short needles into the adhesive side, and covering a film on the adhesive side to produce the non-slip sheet. SOLUTION: A pyramid-shaped uneven part is provided on one side of a rubber sheet 5, an adhesive 3 of 0.5 mm in thickness is applied on the other flat side, and short needles 4 of less than 3 mm in length are inserted. Although needles 4 are short and narrow, they can be elected on the soft adhesive 3 owing to its adhesion. The short needles 4 are pushed into by 1 mm to 2 mm using hardware such as a metal, a film 2 is covered on the adhesive 3 for protection, and the sheet is cut along the shape of a sole 1, and then the film 2 is removed and the sheet is adhered to the sole 1. As the short needles 4 are stuck to the sole 1 together with the adhesive 3, the rubber sheet 5 is prevented from shifting against the sole 1. This non-slip product is a sheet type and easy to carry, so it can easily be attached to a sole after removing the film.
