WEIGHING TYPE APPARATUS FOR INPUTTING FIXED AMOUNT OF POWDERY CHEMICALS

PURPOSE: A weighing type apparatus for inputting fixed amount of powdery chemicals is provided to precisely measure the amount of the chemicals inputted by a rotary feeder. CONSTITUTION: A manual valve(30) closes an outlet of a hopper. A powdery chemical is supplied into the hopper(10) via an inlet(20). The powdery chemical is agitated by rotating an agitator(16) not to be massed. The chemical is supplied into a measuring container(56) by opening the manual valve and rotating a rotary feeder(32). The chemical is weighed by an electronic scale(54) and a signal corresponding to the weight of the chemical is transmitted to an indicator. If the measuring container is filled up, a value matching to a target value predetermined in the indicator is transmitted to a decelerator and a screw. The screw is rotated by the target value and the powdery chemical is discharged to a water purifying spot.
