PURPOSE: A member registration and revisiting agency method through the internet is provided so that a service provider can obtain a number of members in a certain period and public information costs can be reduced, by making users register at a corresponding site and revisit the site, on behalf of the service provider. CONSTITUTION: Information of a service provider(103) such as a site name, address and brief introduction is received so as to register the service provider(103). The service provider's requirements such as a number of netizens which the service provider(103) wants to collect and a collection period are inputted and stored. The service provider(103) agrees to give a predetermined sum of money when the requirements are satisfied. The netizen(101) registers at the site. The information and requirements of the service provider(103) are suggested to the netizen(101), and the netizen(101) agrees to register at or revisit the site on a predetermined date. When it is judged that the requirements of the service provider(103) are satisfied, the service provider(103) receives a bill. When the netizen(101) is deemed to fulfill the agreement, he/she is provided with a predetermined sum of money. |
