PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the damage to an engagement starting side edge while enabling or facilitating the reverse rotation so as to smoothly start boring and so as to provide the excellent boring by rotating a pair of shafts outside in the cross direction of a cross section of passing of a sheet material with a means for synchronously rotating the pair of shafts in opposite directions. SOLUTION: Two parallel rotary shafts 4, 5 are supported by equipment bodies 6, 7 of a machine frame 3 freely to be rotated, and connected to each other for synchronous rotation by each pair of circumscribing gears 1, 2 and 8, 9 provided outside in both right and left of the machine frame 3. Both the pairs of gears 1, 2 and 8, 9 are set so as to be twisted for deformation in one direction of right and left, and looseness of the rotation due to the back lash thereof is eliminated. Punches 10a, 10b are fitted to the shaft 4, and dices 11a, 11b are fitted to the shaft 5 so that both the edges interfere with each other for engagement by an appropriate quantity at an engagement starting side with the synchronous rotation of the rotary shafts 4, 5 in the normal direction expressed with an arrow.
