PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat type massaging machine wherein a favorable massage can be applied while preventing a user's body from moving by a treatment applying element when the machine is used under a back rest state. SOLUTION: A mat section is constituted of a lower half body mat section 20 which supports a lower half body, and an upper half body mat section 10 which is connected to the lower half body mat section 20 in a manner to be standable/layable, and for which an air bag 31 for back, or an air bag 34 (treatment applying element) for waist are arranged, and which supports an upper half body, and at an area approx. meeting a thigh section, of the lower half body mat 20, an air bag for restriction which expands/shrinks by the feeding/ discharging of air, and at the same time, comes into contact with a thigh section when being expanded, and restricts the movement of a buttock section to a foot side, is arranged, and a body is prevented from being pushed out forward by the pressing force of the air bag 31 for back or the air bag 34 for waist, and the pressing force is surely applied to an area to be treated, and a favorable massaging effect is provided.
