PURPOSE: An operation method of an absorptive heat pump is provided to obtain a stable and high COP(coefficient of performance) by keeping coolant steam as the high concentration and purity degrees even if the changes of a load and outside air temperature occur. CONSTITUTION: A rotation number of a cooling fan(105) increases and the radiation amount of cooling water increases. The temperature of the cooling water is dropped so that the heat exchange amount between a strong solution of a water cooling absorber(5) and the cooling water is increased. The temperature of the strong solution pumped to a rectifier(4) drops and the heat exchange amount between the coolant steam of the rectifier and the strong solution increases. Even when the rotation number of the cooling water increases, the flow speed of the cooling water increases. The heat exchange amount between the strong solution and the cooling water increases. The temperature of the strong solution drops so that the heat exchange amount between the coolant steam and the strong solution increases. Thereby, high purity and concentration are kept and the COP of the system is obtained.
