摘要 PURPOSE: Hydraulic pressure control valve structure is provided to enhance riding comfort by installing a ball housing and an elastic spring and by heavily adjusting steering force with dual torque. CONSTITUTION: Hydraulic pressure control valve structure consists of a valve body(24); a pinion gear(23) connected to a torsion bar(26) with a combining groove(22); and an input shaft(21) installed between the valve body and the pinion gear with a combining portion(25) corresponding to the combining groove. The valve structure also contains a V-shaped groove(28) in the lower portion of a circumference piece(27) formed in the center of the input shaft; a slip groove(30) partially cut in both sides of an upper circumference(29) of the valve body; a ball housing(34) having a ball fixing portion(31) embedding a ball(32) and a connecting pin(33) protruded from the outer circumference; and an elastic spring(35) supported by the ball housing and the valve body. The ball slides between the V-shaped groove and the ball fixing portion. Due to the ball housing and the elastic spring, torque is dually generated to heavily adjust steering force.
