PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the individual differences of specimen quantities, to relieve pain and to enable sure measurement by constituting a puncture body adapted advanceably and retreatably in such a manner that the puncture body that the advance driving thereof and the adjustment of its puncture depth are made possible. SOLUTION: A mounting body set with an annular structure at a desired length is previously mounted on a main body. The puncture body driving force from a pressing body is applied to a pressing rod 12. As a result, the pressing rod 12 pushes a puncture body guide shaft 10 by as much as the distance 15 between the front end of a puncture body guide shaft 10 and the front end the annular structure 11a, thereby advancing the puncture body 6 by the distance 15. Then, the measurement at the depth of the puncture body 6 meeting a measuring person is made possible and pain and the failure of the measurement may be prevented.
