摘要 The invention relates to a pinned disk mill for the impact or crush milling of dispersed substances which are fed through a milling chamber and, on this flow path, are subjected to the action of milling pins (6, 8) which extend approximately perpendicular to the direction of flow. A first pin group of said milling pins is fixed in a plurality of peripheral rows, said rows being successively arranged in the direction of flow, on a rotor (3) provided with a rotative drive. In addition, the first pin group rotates with a relative speed with regard to a second pin group of milling pins (8) which also extend perpendicular to the direction of flow and which engage between the peripheral rows. In order to obtain very small ultimate degrees of fineness, the invention provides that the first pin group is arranged on the outer surface of an at least approximately cylindrical rotor (3), that the milling chamber is configured as a narrow radial gap (5) whose radial width (B) </=1/10 of the rotor diameter (D) and whose axial length correspond approximately to those of the rotor (3), that the free length of the milling pins (6) radially extending in relation to the rotor axis (2) correspond approximately to the radial width (B) of the radial gap (5), and in order to obtain ultimate degrees of fineness </=20 mu m for feed material particle sizes of <5 mm, the peripheral speed of the rotor is equal to 100-250 m/s and the diameter (C) of the milling pins is </=4 mm.
