<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an anti-electromagnetic noise property of a photodetecting component and prevent degradation in appearance and reduce the size. SOLUTION: In an area of a lead frame 22 where a photodetector 23 is mounted, a plurality of shielding sections are formed which rises face to face with at least the side faces 23a, 23b, 23c of the photodetector 23 among the side faces of the photodetector 23 and wires 34a, 34b connected in relation with the photodetector 23. The area of the lead frame 22 where the photodetector 23 is mounted, the photodetector 23, and the wires 34a, 34b are sealed with a molding layer made of synthetic resin, grounding the lead frame 22.</p> |
