PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attenuate the pulsation of a plural frequencies, and to downsize the whole of a device. SOLUTION: An inner cylindrical body 11 is connected to the middle of a pipe path 3. An outer cylindrical body 14 having both ends closed by a closing plate 15 is provided on an outer peripheral side of the inner cylindrical body 11. A middle cylindrical body 16 is provided between the inner cylinder body 11 and the outer cylinder body 14, and two annular volume chambers 18, 19 are defined by the middle cylindrical body 16. Two pieces of inner cylinder communicating paths 13 are provided in a circumferential direction of the inner cylindrical body 11, and two pieces of middle cylinder communicating paths 17 are provided in a circumferential direction of the middle cylindrical body 16. Therefore, a pulse of a first frequency is reduced by actuating oil in the inner cylinder communicating paths 13 and the actuating oil in a first annular volume chamber 18, and a pulse of a second frequency is reduced by the actuating oil in the middle cylinder communicating paths 17 and the actuating oil in a second annular volume chamber 19.
