PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrically-driven window shutter devices in which only the window shutter of an electrically-driven window shutter device which one desires to operate can be opened and closed by one remote control and the window shutters of other window shutter devices are not opened or closed due to a malfunction in the case that a plurality of the same machine type of electrically-driven window shutter devices remote-controllable by a remote control are installed. SOLUTION: A group of alphabetical letter buttons 91 to transmit identification signals A-J is provided for a remote control 9, and memory 8c is provided for a controller 8. The identification signals each specific to electrically driven window shutter devices are stored in the memory 8c as identification information. Here, each electrically-driven window shutter device is operated to open and close in the case of detecting a closing signal and an opening signal within a predetermined time interval after the CPU detects an identification signal in agreement with the identification information.
