PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the surface of a film from being damaged by pressure in the carrying or packaging a roll film which is weak to bearing by forming a plurality of recessed receiving surfaces for placing rolled films in a drawer, and covering the recessed receiving surface with an elastic material. SOLUTION: This support base has casters 10 at the bottom. A multistage shelf frame 12 is formed in the upper part of a base 11, and drawers 13 are housed in each shelf frame 12. This support base is used for carrying a rolled film 20. Each of the drawers 13 has a plurality of recessed receiving surfaces 14 for placing the rolled films 20. The surface of the recessed receiving surface 14 is covered with an elastic material such as a sponge. Accordingly, the possibility of damaging the roll films from the mutual collision of the roll films during carrying can be eliminated.
